You are solely responsible for every sequence you submit and for every sequence returned to you, including how it is used, ordered, synthesised, expressed or distributed. Liberum provides this service on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, cost or consequence arising from its use, including errors, inaccurate or suboptimal output, interruption of service, or any downstream experimental, commercial or regulatory outcome. You agree to indemnify and hold Liberum harmless against any claim, liability or expense arising from your use of this service.
Sequences obtained from this service are for use with Liberum kits and systems. You may not use them with competing cell-free expression kits, systems or services from other suppliers, resell the sequences, or provide sequence optimization to others as a service. Subject to that, what you do with a construct afterwards is your own affair. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, probe or otherwise attempt to derive or infer the algorithms, models, parameters, codon tables or scoring methods underlying this service, including by systematic or automated submission of sequences intended to map its behaviour.
You must not use this service in connection with any sequence or construct that constitutes a biosecurity, biosafety or public health threat, including agents of concern, toxins and controlled pathogens, nor for any purpose prohibited by applicable law, export control or regulation. You are responsible for ensuring that the sequences you submit and use do not infringe any patent, copyright, trade secret, licence or other third-party right. Verify all output independently before use.
Results vary between runs. The same protein gives a different but comparable sequence each time. Save what you get; re-requesting won't reproduce it.
